What is your warranty policy?

You unit is protected by a manufacturer's limited warranty for one year from the original date of purchase. During this time, the manufacturer will repair or replace any parts of this appliance that prove to be defective in materials and workmanship, provided the appliance has been used under normal operating conditions as intended by the manufacturer. What forms of payment do you accept?

For online purchases, you can purchase from our Amazon, Facebook Shop, Google Shop, Walmart, Wayfair and Overstock online store. For wholesale processing, please feel free to contact us at service@lanboappliances.com.

Shipping

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

Please email us at services@lanboappliances.com so that we can arrange for your unit to be picked up and a replacement unit sent out.

If your unit was shipped by freight carrier (large items) please take the below steps when your unit is being delivered:

Before you sign for your freight delivery, inspect the packaging. Make sure there is no visible damage that is not normal scuffs on the packaging. If you notice visible damage, please refuse the shipment.

The freight driver is required to wait for you to unpack and inspect your shipment before you sign for delivery. If you notice visible damage on your unit please refuse delivery of the shipment or note the damage on the Bill of Lading.

Do you offer free shipping

Ground shipping is free to all locations within the 48 contiguous states. When shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, additional fees may apply, please contact service@lanboappliances.com before place an order.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our goal, so we offer a simple, no-hassle 30 day policy. The product you return must be in the original packaging and new, unassembled and unused. We kindly ask that you return your purchase the same way you received it to ensure a hassle free refund.

Can the Lanbo wine coolers be built-in?

Yes. All our wine coolera and beverage coolers can be built-in or freestanding because they are all front-venting.

Will champagne bottles fit in the wine cooler?

Yes. The wine coolers have removable shelves that allow room for champagne bottles.
