LANBO must be notified of any issues regarding your order within 30 days of the date you receive the package for credit to your original payment method, less any shipping charges. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt and return form included in the return shipment.
You may return your product(s) for a refund if:
• The item is free of any damage caused by the customer
• The item is returned in its original packaging
